We take great care in choosing fabrics that are resistant to industrial laundry services.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item in its original state without having been worn, washed or altered. You must provide a proof of purchase and include the tags.

What are the delivery delays?

We guarantee shipment within 48 hours of reception of your order. Please note that you have to account for normal Canada Post delivery period in Canada.

How can I obtain a prescription so I can benefit from a tax exemption on my adaptive clothing purchases?

Procedure:

In order to benefit from the exemption of the sales taxes, you must follow these steps:

1. Open a customer account.

2. Download and print our prescription form and ask a physician or the head nurse of the nursing home.

3. Send the filled out form to Boutiques Chic Chez Vous (Please specify on it that you are a web customer)
