SALES TAX EXEMPTION

Procedure:

 In order to benefit from the exemption of the sales tax, you must follow these steps:

1. Open a customer account.

2. Download and print our prescription form and ask a physician or the head nurse of the nursing home.

3. Send the filled out form to Boutiques Chic Chez Vous (Please specify on it that you are a web customer)

4. Once your prescription is received and your customer account is open, you will be able to be exempted to pay the sales tax (GST+QST).
